God, that was long.
It's true that they usually ask you if you've tried restarting your computer. I usually say that I've tried it 2 or 3 times.
But outsourcing to India is a big problem. In fact, my company is doing that to one division this year. Really sucks.

Look at the silver lining. Outsourcing to say, the Dominican Republic would be worse. They only have like, 20 phones there.

But yes, outsourcing sucks shit. They send jobs to other countries to "save money", yet their prices stay the same.
